Finance and Administration Manager
Lynn Milke is the Finance and Administration Manager at The Water Conservation Garden. In her role, Lynn is responsible for developing the Garden’s infrastructure, keeping HR and corporate compliance running smoothly, and ensure that the organization’s financial aspects are accurate and available to support the various departments.
Lynn studied Small Business Management at Palomar College and has over 15 years of business ownership and consulting for small businesses focusing on finance and organizational processes. Lynn has also held various leadership positions related to marketing and business development. Her mantra is “simple, helpful, accurate.” She joined The Garden in 2019 to bring fresh ways of organizing the business. Her vision is to simplify the administrative load and enable staff to better focus on serving the community and accomplishing our mission. Lynn’s skills in accounting, budgeting, and organizational management have proven to be immensely helpful.
