Nature Therapy

Nature Therapy is needed now more than ever!

Learn the science behind the practice, with demonstrations, then immerse yourself in nature with all your senses on a guided journey of discovery. This is a slow-paced, fully accessible experience. Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), and adapted for The Garden trails. You will also learn how to adapt Nature Therapy to other outdoor get-aways.

Attendance is limited to 4 participants or 6 people from one household. We will be meeting outside for the discussion portion, so safe distancing can be practiced. Reminder that face masks are required at Garden entry. For full-immersion in Nature Therapy, participants will be encouraged to power down their phones and devices and unplug safely under the guidance of the tour guide.

Garden Members: FREE
Non-Members: $10*
