Create a Garden Sanctuary using Arts and Crafts style: SECOND EDITION focus on the elements and principles of landscape design.

John Beaudry will share insights he has learned over forty years of designing gardens, influenced by Arts and Crafts style, and grounded in sustainable practices. No doubt you have been bitten by the bug of gardening and have discovered the healing that comes with being in nature. It is here, in the rhythms of the natural world, where we find connection to our true nature.

The principles of Arts and Crafts style will guide you in working with these natural rhythms. Beaudry will outline the principals of Arts and Crafts style as outlined in his new book Garden Sanctuary: Designing for Comfort, Wholeness, and Connection. These principals include using nature as a primary source of inspiration and local materials and plants, using relaxed plantings, integrating the garden with the existing landscape and more.

No matter what style you are drawn to, learn how the pillars of Arts and Crafts design add strength to a garden. They transform spaces into much more than simply a garden. They help create places to entertain, to spend time with family, and to live life in relationship with the natural world.
