Scouts

Bring your scouts to explore our trails, exhibits, habitats and learn about drought tolerant plants!! Pick the self-guided program that works for your group from the options below. Please contact our Education Department to schedule your program at [email protected].

The Garden is open Tuesday-Sunday 9am-4pm (Thursday open until 6pm)

$15 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date, and will be put towards your final payment (due upon arrival). Scout leaders are free. Any additional adults pay general admission.

OPTION 1: NATURE JOURNAL EXPLORATION – SELF GUIDED

COST: $15 Per Scout (Non Member). $7 Per Scout (Garden Member). General admission for all others attending. Scout Leader is free.

Includes your own nature journal, Ms. Smarty-Plants™ pencil, nature map, grade appropriate activity booklet and prize for completing your booklet at admissions!

OPTION 2: SUCCULENTS AND TRAILS – SELF GUIDED

COST: $15 Per Scout (Non Member). $7 Per Scout (Garden Member). General admission for all others attending. Scout Leader is free.

Includes succulent planting materials, grade appropriate activity booklet and Prize for completing your booklet at admissions!

OPTION 3: EXPLORE ON MY OWN – SELF GUIDED

COST: $15 Per Scout (Non Member). $7 Per Scout (Garden Member). General admission for all others attending. Scout Leader is free.

Includes grade appropriate activity booklet, with magnifying glass to keep, that guides you through our exhibits and a Ms. Smarty-Plants pencil. Scouts will answer questions and find plants! Prize for completing your booklet at admissions!
