“Mindfulness is an awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.” Instructor, Ashley Bridgewater, will guide us toward experiencing this quality of attention through various forms of mindfulness practices including sitting, walking, and laying down meditations. She warmly welcomes you to join in these practices of engaging the senses in our beautiful garden, moment to moment, with kindness and curiosity.
