Enjoy an 8 week chair yoga experience with Yoga Instructor Trainee Emi-Delphine Carvalho.
In this class we will move through a gentle yoga practice to release tension as well as increase strength, balance and flexibility. We will practice mindful breathing and deep relaxation. Hannah Lei will play the crystal singing bowls during our final relaxation Instructor Hannah Lei
Flowing sequences combined with breathwork to cultivate ease, balance, and connection. This class is perfect for all levels, offering a nurturing space to unwind, reconnect, and restore. Instructor Lisa McKenna
