The Board of Directors of the Water Conservation Garden Authority regularly meets in open session, typically on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 3:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the meetings in person. Audio and Video recordings are not available. All meetings are held at 12122 Cuyamaca College Drive West, El Cajon, CA, 92019 in the Sam Ciccati Education Center at The Water Conservation Garden.
