The Water Conservation Garden shares the importance of planting with natives simplified for home gardeners with instructor Clayton Tschudy, Director of San Diego Canyonlands and Landscape Designer during the Spring Garden & Butterfly Festival. Mind & Body Master Class - Yoga of Sound

In this workshop we will introduce the background of mantra music, storytelling, and the connection of these practices to the Yoga we practice on the mat. We will explore the benefits of Sound and chanting and do a gentle practice to the flow of the most ancient chant. Participants will be invited to experience sound meditation, listen to some mantra music, and learn a chant.
