Mind & Body Master Class - Yoga of Sound

In this workshop we will introduce the background of mantra music, storytelling, and the connection of these practices to the Yoga we practice on the mat. We will explore the benefits of Sound and chanting and do a gentle practice to the flow of the most ancient chant.
